Yolanda is an absolute angel, in every way! She is kind, caring and incredibly easy-going. My son has been attending OT with Yolanda since last year and she is one of his favourite people in the world. Her expert knowledge is phenomenal and we have seen great improvement in the reflexes that my son needs practise with. Yolanda gives you hands-on, practical and easy exercises to practise at home with your child, making the therapy a continuous and tailored process. Yolanda is one of the best OT’s I have ever had the privilege to interact with. She is not only extremely knowledgeable but has a fenominal way of explaining complex concepts in an easy manner. She goes the extra mile for her clients. Really taking time to holistically understanding them and working out the best treatment plan for each individual. She gave my daughter and myself such valuable insight into her (my daughter) and I can already see the difference in her by simply feeling understood.
